If you have a piece of equipment in need of repair, simply bring it to TLC 132.  If it is not on the University of Idaho inventory, you may want to call before bringing it in. We will tag your equipment and put it on our in shelf. If there are special considerations or questions, ask to talk with one of the technicians. We will contact you for equipment pickup as soon as we have repaired your equipment. Generally, turn around time is about two weeks or less depending on conditions. We will take emergencies under consideration.  Sometimes in order to repair a piece of equipment we must rely on a parts vendor which cannot provide a part within the requested time frame.
