| Our turnaround times apply only if a complete
job is submitted. Any problems with your job, like missing images, will
delay the start time.
Since Digital Imaging
technicians are only on duty Monday through Friday, turn around
times only apply to those times. That is, if you submit a job
on-line
or at the copy center at 6:30 pm Friday night, it will start as of
7:30 am the following Monday.
We are responsible only for errors that occur during the
imaging process. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the files you submit, or
for your storage media.
We require a signature prior to processing any
scanning job stating that you have received any necessary copyright permission.
All our printers use special paper designed
specifically for them. We can not print on customer paper unless the printer manufacturer
has certified it.
Files placed on our FTP site will be erased after two business days.
We ship orders via Fed-Ex
only. Add $15 to most orders. |
