Scantron

CTI has an NCS OpScan 3 Scanner (Scantron replacement) for grading purposes which can be used by UI faculty to quickly and accurately grade their multiple choice exams.

Scantron Forms

Special forms for your exam or quiz may be purchased through the UI bookstore as follows:

• Header: Form #229840 (one required per test)
• 60 Questions: Form #229628
• 100 Questions: Form #229630

Tips for your students

• Students need to use a #2 pencil when filling out their forms.
• The Identification# should be filled out using the Student ID, left-justified, without blanks or dashes. (i.e. 64529876)
