Overview


The My Grades tool allows instructors to deliver grades on various assignments, assessments, and projects throughout the semester. It is a personal choice as to how or if the instructor will use the My Grades feature of Blackboard.

Accessing My Grades

  • To access the My Grades tool to view the current record of your grades, click on My Grades from the left-hand menu.
    NOTE: If you can't see the My Grades tool, your instructor may not have turned the tool on yet.

  • If you can't see a grade in your My Grades area, it is possible that your instructor has not yet released the grades or has not finished with the grading. Contact your instructor, if you have further questions.

    NOTE: Some grades display with parenthesis around them. In some cases, this indicates the grade is partial or incomplete, but not always. The formula used to calculate a grade may also cause parenthesis to display around a score.
