If you are still unable to get new windows to pop up when using
Blackboard, check that another application installed on your
computer is not also preventing pop-ups. Possible culprits include:
Check browser toolbars, browser options/preferences, and the system tray at the bottom of your desktop. Temporarily turn off any security packages you find one at a time and test to see if the problem goes away.
