Facebook is not compatible with UI Blackboard Version
Facebook.com and Blackboard Inc.
have introduced a Facebook application called Blackboard Sync.
Blackboard Sync is built to be compatible with Blackboard 7.1, but is
not compatible with Blackboard CE—the version used at the
University of Idaho. Our hope is that students will be able to take
advantage of this Facebook feature after Blackboard updates our version of
their product. However, this may be two to three years down the road.
If you attempt to add the Facebook Blackboard Sync
application, you will see an error that looks like you've typed the address
incorrectly.
