Overview

Surveying Students: Would you like to ask your students how the technology you have implemented is working? Would you like to find out how your course is being received by students?

Pre-built Usability and Satisfaction surveys have been developed at the Center for Teaching Innovation and are available to all UI faculty. You may also customize these surveys to your needs. Below are links to samples of what the surveys include.

View Technology Usability Survey
(usually administered in the first few week of the class)

View Course Satisfaction Survey
(usually administered in the last month of the class)

ALERT: If you plan to use survey data to improve your course, you don't need to contact the UI HUMAN ASSURANCE COMMITTEE - but if you use the data for research papers, please work with them.

For help adding the Assessment tool to your course, see Adding a New Tool.
