Hide & Show Columns

Overview The following tutorial shows how to hide and show columns in the Grade Book. Each Grade Book view tab (Grades, Members, View All, Custom View, SCORM Grades) has its own independent display view. The showing and hiding for a specific view tab can be changed by pressing the Reorder Columns button when viewing that tab. If you wish all of the views to display in the same order and show/hide the same, use the Reorder Columns button for each view. CAUTION: The Show/Hide column feature only affects the Instructors view of the grade book. It does not affect how your students see their grades. Under the Teach Tab, click on Grade Book Click on View All tab Click the Reorder Columns button Check the box next to each column you want hide Press the Hide button at the bottom of the screen Conversely, if you need to Unhide a column, press the Show button Press the Save button to save your changes NOTE: When a column is hidden, there will be a Show Column button next to it allowing you to Show the column by pressing it (shown in the yellow highlight below). When a column is shown, there there will be a Hide Column button next to it allowing you to Hide the column by pressing it.
