Overview


The following tutorial shows how to manually change grades for Discussion, Blog, or Journal entries. You may also grade these submissions using the Discussion Tool.

Enter/Modify Grades

TOP
  • Under the Teach Tab, click on Grade Book.
  • Click on the ActionLinks ActionLinks icon icon of the column, and select Edit Values.

  • Enter the grades for each student.

Leave Comments for Students about their Grade:

You may leave comments for you students regarding their grade by creating a Text Column. See the Grade Gook Setup tutorial.

CAUTION
The Comment Box included in the Grade Book is used internally as an audit history for the instructor. This comment is not viewable by the student.

  • Press Save.

Reminder: In order for students to see their grades, you must first Release the column.
